As a Wellness and Lifestyle coach I have a full body approach and look to tackle what has brought you to me from a 360° viewpoint.
I work with individuals who are struggling with overwhelm, stress or anxiety and are looking to create a level of balance in life or gain a greater understanding of what has brought you to the point where you are today.
What Can I Do For You?
As a HypnoCoach, it is my job to help you find the triggers to the thoughts keeping you awake at night, causing you feelings of stress or anxiety.
Using a combination of hypnosis and coaching tools, together we are able to identify the root cause of areas of imbalance in your life. Most issues stem back to childhood and have been well and truly buried in the back of the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is the part of the mind responsible for all of our habits, be they the good ones or bad and is designed to protect and keep us safe.
When thinking of habits we generally think of things associated with bad habits, such as nail biting, smoking, laziness, scrolling through social media, procrastination... but, habits relate to our thought processes too, negative thoughts, self criticism, self loathing - all of these are habits that prevent us from achieving our goals, dreams or desires - in essence our state of happiness.
Together we'll piece together the puzzle and put a plan of action in place to help you to achieve just that

It can be a bit confusing trying to decide which is the best option for you - Hypnotherapy, Coaching or HypnoCoaching, this is why I offer a free initial discovery call followed by a 90 minute initial consultation, both of these give you the opportunity to get a clearer idea about the services I offer and help you to make a more informed decision about the best route for you. My priority as your HypnoCoach is to guide you to your desired results as efficiently and effectively as possible.

If you have just stumbled across me, allow me to take a moment to introduce myself.
I am Adrienne, a 48 year old retired sports therapist, wife, mum (and step mum) to 4 boys between the ages of 12 and 22, and all round advocate of the importance of knowing and understanding the way the mind and body work.
A little more about my background - in 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I underwent surgery, chemotherapy, and hormone therapy too. Expecting life to return to normal as soon as my treatment had finished in 2014 I just got on with things, I soon discovered that ‘normal’ as I knew it was a thing of the past and that I had to find a new normal. Life changed dramatically when, due to physical limitations, I had to retire from a role that I loved and close my Sports Therapy business. I felt broken like I had lost my identity - it could almost be said that I was grieving for my old life.
In 2018, I retrained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and felt like I had found my purpose again, then, in 2020 was lucky enough to secure a place in the Jay Shetty Certification School and train as a Life Coach, which almost brings me to where I am today.
November 2020 brought a slight glitch when I was diagnosed with secondary cancer, however, today (May 2021) I am pleased to say that I am currently showing no evidence of cancer in my body - I largely put this down to my Hypnotherapy and Coaching tools. You see, without these I don’t believe I would have had the strength of mind to make the changes to my lifestyle that I did - diet, exercise, self-care etc…

When you choose to work with me, we'll work together to create a greater personal self awareness, build confidence in your abilities as an individual and gain a greater understanding of your own personal strengths/

If the cancellation is less than 24 hours and I am unable to re-fill the appointment slot I may charge you the full cost of the appointment.
