What is Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy ?
Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened relaxation that we reach several times a day without realising, specifically in the times between wake and sleep.
Hypnotherapy is a therapy most often used to create positive change in a person's life. The client is guided down in to a deep state of relaxation by the Hypnotherapist which then allows the Hypnotherapist to speak to the clients subconscious mind at a deeper level. The subconscious mind is the part of the mind that is always listening, it hears all of your self talk and is also responsible for your habits - good and bad.
What Can I expect from my sessions?
Solution Focused - If you are visiting for Solution Focused Hypnosis, the process will start with a full consultation as your first appointment, this is usually around 90 minutes long and gives me the opportunity to learn about you, and your life, past and present, and gain a greater understanding of you as an individual - from here we create a plan to start moving forwards towards problem resolution.
Each appointment after the initial consultation lasts around 60 minutes, and are centred around you as an individual, meaning that no two sessions are ever the same.
Smoking Cessation - Allow up to 90 minutes for this one off session.
As with the Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we'll start with a full consultation, this is to enable to me to get a clear picture for your reasons for wanting to return to being a non-smoker and tailor your session accordingly.Past Life Regression - Allow up to 90 minutes for this appointment.
Everyone has a different reason for Past Life Regression (PLR), for some it is curiosity, for others it is to gain a greater understanding of how their past could be impacting their present day life. Whatever your reasons, it can be a fascinating session.
Despite many misconceptions, you are in complete control whilst you are in trance and cannot be made to do anything that is not within you moral remit - in short, I cannot make you do anything that you do not want to do.

Is It Safe For Me To Drive Home After My Hypnotherapy Session? - Yes, it's safe for you to drive after your sessions. Although you will feel very relaxed throughout the session, you will awake feeling energised and very much awake.
