This 6 Weeks to Wellness Course is designed to help you feel better from the inside out using a combination of hypnotherapy and coaching techniques.
I have teamed up with Emma from Paisley Lifestyle  to bring you freshly prepared meals straight to your door.

Embarking on a new regime can seem a little daunting at times, so we have taken the stress out of the process for you.

Weeks 1 - 3 you will receive 5 days worth of meals (lunch & evening meal)
Week 4 you will receive 3 days days worth of meals (lunch & evening meal)
Week 5 you will receive 2 days days worth of meals (lunch & evening meal)
Week 6 you will receive a copy of Emma's recipe book

We are what we eat, and unfortunately many of us have picked up bad habits throughout our lifetime leading us to gain weight, become lethargic, create intolerances, bloating, dull skin, brittle nails and hair... and so the list goes on.

When we enter this world, we eat only when we are hungry and stop when we are full - this is how we were created, with the brain and digestive system conversing via the Vagus Nerve.  

As we grow and develop new foods and tastes are introduced to us by our parents and carers, many of these contain sugars and ingredients that the body does not require and thus the cycle begins.

We see sugary food, fast foods, caffeine and alcohol as treats, when they are anything but. Insulin levels peak and trough, moods swing and so we console ourselves with more crap.

Soon we find ourselves over eating, living life at a fast pace we don't take time to sit and actually taste the food we place in our mouth, the messages don't reach the brain and before we know it, twice as much food has been consumed than we actually needed - the stomach stretches and once more the cycle repeats, leaving us overweight, craving the wrong foods and feeling miserable because our joints hurt, nothing fits and there is that horrid bloating feeling.

Lifestyle Package

This 6 week course isn't just about your diet but it is looking at you lifestyle holistically. The first session will consist of a full consultation, where we will look at your diet, exercise, sleep patterns, any aches and pains you may have within the body, stress levels and your level of contentment with where you are at right now.
Each programme is tailored to the individual, it will require total commitment from you, as well as honesty with both yourself and with me. You will keep a food mood diary as well as receiving a copy of my Kickstart workbook.
You results will depend on you, you will only get out what you are prepared to put in.
In the initial consultation we will identify your goal and your reason why...what do you want to achieve (realistically) by the end of our time together and why is it important to you?
How will it feel when you achieve your goal, what impact will it have on you should you fail to achieve what you have set out to do?
